Green, red or black grapes - which is more nutritious?

Generally, three colored grapes are available. Green, red, and black. Grapes have a sweet, slightly sour taste. Some grapes have a sweet and slightly bitter taste. Grapes are a good source of vitamin C, vitamin K, and potassium. The vitamin C contained in it is anti-oxidant and keeps the skin healthy.

Helps prevent disease. Vitamin K in grapes helps in blood clotting and bone protection. Besides, the potassium in it helps to keep the blood pressure normal and the heart healthy. Indian media Ajat has been informed about its nutritional value. For example-

Red Grapes: Red grapes have a sweet, slightly sour taste. This grape is used to make jam and jelly. Calories, fat, and carbohydrates are almost the same as green grapes. Just a little less protein. One cup contains an average of 1.1 grams of protein. Red grapes are a good source of vitamin C and vitamin K. It also contains an antioxidant called resveratrol. This ingredient reduces inflammation, keeps the heart healthy, and even keeps several cancers at bay.

Black Grapes: Black grapes are slightly more nutritious than all grapes. This dark-colored grape is very sweet and juicy. Calories, protein, fat, and carbohydrates are the same as red grapes. Similarly, this grape provides vitamin C, vitamin K, and resveratrol. Apart from being eaten, this grape is used in various desserts including salads.

Green, black, and red—all three colors of grapes are nearly equal in nutritional content. All three have the same amount of calories, fat, and carbohydrates. Green grapes are slightly higher in protein.

This grape is a little behind in terms of benefits. Because, all three grapes provide vitamin C and vitamin K. But black and red grapes also contain three types of polyphenols, phenolic acids, flavonoids, and resveratrol. Resveratrol is especially beneficial for the body. Nutritionally, red and black grapes should be slightly ahead of green. But eating any grape is beneficial for the body.
