1 tiger dead in Kaziranga National Park

1 dead Royal Bengal Tiger in Kaziranga National Park. This information has been informed by the Forest Department of West Assam. The cause of death is not yet known.

The tiger's body was found with numerous injury marks. Divisional Forest Officer of West Assam Forest Department said, "It was an adult tiger. We suspect that the tiger has suffered several injuries.

According to the 2018 tiger census, there are 135 tigers in Kaziranga National Park so far. The density of tigers per area is also quite high there. 10 accidents happen every year. Some of the reasons are old age, various accidents, etc.
