This time, Kuntal approached Kolkata Police against ED-CBI
The investigators are trying to get the name of Trinamool All India General Secretary Abhishek Banerjee. He is being pressured. Trinamool leader Kuntal Ghosh, who was expelled in the recruitment corruption case, approached Kolkata Police with this complaint.
His complaint is against CBI and ED. Kuntal had made the same complaint earlier. Tapas Mondal, Niladri Ghosh, and Kuntal were taken to the special court in Alipore last week in the recruitment corruption case. ED opposes the bail of these three people by stating where the money for recruitment corruption went and what new evidence has come up.
Kuntal said, “There is pressure to name Abhishek Banerjee. I have submitted a written complaint to the judge. Just before that, Abhishek Banerjee claimed from the Shahid Minar meeting that while in custody, Madan Mitra, Kunal Ghosh was asked by the Central Investigation Agency to take his name. Incidentally, Kuntal also made the same complaint. After 52 days of arrest, Yuva Trinamool secretary Kuntal Ghosh was expelled by the party. However, Kuntal himself said that he is on the side of Trinamool.
