Sudden bail application after 322 days by Partha 'closer' Arpita

Arpita, who is known to be close to former education minister Partha Chatterjee, has repeatedly said that she is not involved in any corruption, it is all a conspiracy.

He applied for bail only on the first day when he was produced before the court after his arrest. Now after 322 days, Arpita Mukherjee applied for bail. He made this application in the special ED court on Wednesday. Arpita's bail application will be heard on May 29. Arpita must be physically present in the court on that day. According to a section of lawyers, Arpita may not have applied for bail so far to get legal benefits. Partha Chatterjee applied for bail to the court several times but Arpita never applied for it. So after so long this application of his is considered very important. Arpita Mukherjee was one of those arrested early in the recruitment case.
