Rahul Gandhi has to go to jail!

Surat court dismissed Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's plea in 2019 defamation case. As a result of which Rahul's MP post was cancelled, along with the 2-year jail sentence was upheld.

Last month, a Surat court convicted the Congress leader and sentenced him to a maximum of two years in jail in a case related to the Modi designation. Following his conviction, his membership of Parliament was also revoked under the Representation of the People Act. Meanwhile, Rahul approached the session court on April 3 against the order of the lower court.
