The Russia-Ukraine war broke out early last year. Even as the new year begins, the war continues at a constant pace. Even after a long time it is not possible to say when this war will stop completely. Ukraine is in ruins for now even though they have not surrendered to Russia. In this situation, an arrest warrant has been issued against Russian President Vladimir Putin!

Someone is arresting Vladimir Putin! No one in the world can imagine this scene. But the International Criminal Court has been able to show the power to take such a big decision against him. It is known that the court thought that the Russian president is a war criminal. He illegally deported children from Ukraine to Russia. For this reason, an arrest warrant has been issued against him.

In one word, the answer is no. The International Criminal Court has no power to arrest the Russian president, let alone on paper. Because countries that have signed the treaty creating this court, the role of this court is limited only to those countries. Russia is not on that list. And it is also clear that even if Russia was on that list, arresting Putin would not be a 'hot cake'.
