2) Spring onion 1 big
3) Red chillies 30 grams
4) Ginger 10 grams
5) Chicken meat 50 grams

9) Young bamboo shoots 10 grams
10) Soya sauce 1 spoon
11) Sugar 1 spoon
12) Vinegar 1 spoon
13) Swan paste 1 spoon

15) White paper or pepper powder 1 spoon
Method :-
To cook Spicy Chinese Pompret, first cut 2 Pomfret fish well and clean its inside. After that it should be washed well and its two backs should be lightly cut so that the spices can penetrate into the fish. Apart from this, take a big size spring onion, red chilli, ginger and chop it well. When all the vegetables are cut then heat oil in a pan and fry the fish. When the fish is fried, take it out and in the same oil add minced meat, cooking wine, chopped ginger, chillies, spring onion, cabbage, young bamboo and spread a little oil and cooking oil over it and stir well on low heat. will be When the mixture turns red in color add enough water.
If water is given, one spoon of soya sauce, sugar, vinegar should be added in it. After that, after 10 minutes, add the fried fish to the mixture on low flame.
