Make chicken pakoras for snack

Chicken pakoras will freeze perfectly with hot tea or coffee. But no more buying from the store, now you can make your favorite chicken pakora at home. How? Check out the recipe.

Ingredients for Chicken Pakora:-

500 grams of boneless chicken

Half teaspoon turmeric powder

Cooking oil

A handful of coriander leaves

2 medium sized onions

2 tablespoons of lemon juice

2 teaspoons of ginger-garlic paste

A few green chillies

One and a half cups gram flour

Four teaspoons of rice powder

How to make Chicken Pakora:-

1) Wash the meat pieces well and drain the water. Then make a paste with onion, green chillies, ginger-garlic, lemon juice and salt. Marinate the chicken with this paste. Then keep it covered for about 40 minutes.

2) Next to prepare the batter - mix gram flour, rice powder, salt, turmeric powder and quantity of water together. The batter should not be too thin or too thick.

3) Now put the pan on gas and heat it with oil. When the oil is hot, dip the marinated chicken pieces one by one in the batter and leave them in the oil. Fry until golden brown.

4) Once fried, serve the chicken pakora hot with kasundi or sauce. You can also make a salad by cutting cucumber and onion with it.
