Learn how to make watermelon laddu

If you want something sweet, make watermelon laddu at home. Here is the recipe.

Ingredients:

watermelon-sized,

Ghee- one and a half tablespoon,

Semolina- half a cup,

Powdered milk- half a cup,

Sugar- half a cup,

Dry coconut powder – one quarter of a cup.

Method:

Cut the watermelon into slices. Peel and seeds should be picked. Blend the pieces well. Do not mix water separately. Now put a pot on the stove and put ghee in it. Melt it on low heat. In between pour the semolina and keep stirring. If the semolina is fried, it should be taken down. Then wash the pot and pour the watermelon mixture into it. After it gets a little hot, add milk powder to it. Now mix sugar and keep stirring. After boiling for a while, when the watermelon mixture becomes thick, add desiccated coconut in it. After burning for a while add fried semolina in it. Once it will be like semolina halwa. Spread little ghee and take it down. Then cool the laddu mixture. Now spread ghee on both hands and make small round laddus. Then coat the laddoos in dry coconut powder. Watermelon laddu is ready.
