Make egg curry with a new taste

Boil the eggs. But don't put eggs in boiling water and don't put them in cold water either. Add the eggs only when the water is lukewarm. Now mix one spoon of salt and half a spoon of vinegar in it. Eggs will be cooked in 10 minutes if covered. Put eggs in cold water for a minute and peel them. Add 2 large chopped onions, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and chopped tomatoes to the pan with a spoonful of white oil. When it boils, cover it with half a cup of water.
After grinding the spices, cool them down and grind them in a mixer to make a fine paste. Add 2 spoons of white oil to the pan and add cardamom, whole cumin seeds, 2 spoons of ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Keep cooking on low flame. On the other hand, in a pan, beat the egg with a little oil, butter, turmeric, and chili powder. Now mix the onion paste in the previous masala and grind it with an egg. After 2 minutes turn off the gas and spread coriander leaves and garam masala powder on top. Prepared hotel-flavored egg curry.
