'Ice Cube' to save from heat wave, animal care initiative at Tripura zoo

A lot of ice has been brought to the zoo. Multiple results have been brought. This arrangement is for the animals to have some rest in summer. There, the monkey is eating watermelon. That too coming down from the bamboo loft and stairs. The bear is eating watermelon in the same way. Ice cubes are given to ferocious animals.

The Sipaizla Zoo authorities have taken a novel initiative to save from the heat. Along with coming up with several ways to save from the heat, the diet has also been changed.

The officials said that they have taken various steps so that the animals do not face any problems in the heat.

The roof is made of bamboo to prevent the sun from hitting the animals. Bamboo and straw canopies are provided. Also, ice is being given to the cages so that the animals do not suffer at night.
