Weather forecast for districts of Bengal

The weather department has predicted that the temperature will rise further in the next few days. The skies of Kolkata may remain cloudy at some point throughout the day. However, there is no forecast of rain in the next 24 hours except for two districts.

According to the Met Office forecast given this morning, Darjeeling and Kalimpong are likely to experience light rain with thundershowers during the next 48 hours, i.e. on Saturday morning, April 8. Weather in all other districts will remain dry. Meteorological Department has predicted that the weather will remain dry in all the districts of North Bengal on Saturday and Sunday. The weather department said that the temperature will increase in the districts of North Bengal.

According to the forecast of the Meteorological Department, the weather will remain dry in all the districts of South Bengal for the next 48 hours i.e. Saturday morning, April 8. No rain is forecast anywhere. While the weather will remain dry on Saturday, East Midnapore, West Midnapore, Jhargram, Purulia and Bankura may experience light rain on Sunday.

The Meteorological Department has also predicted an increase in temperature in the districts of South Bengal.

According to the weather forecast, the sky in Kolkata and surrounding areas will remain partly cloudy in the next 24 hours. The maximum and minimum temperatures can be around 36 and 26 degrees Celsius.

The minimum temperature of Kolkata on this day is 26.2 degrees Celsius. Which is 1 degree higher than normal. It was 26.8 degrees Celsius on Wednesday. The maximum relative humidity is 84 percent.
