Pakistan-born 'Son of Hindustan' Tarek Fatah passed away

Pakistani-born journalist, writer, and social activist Tariq Fatah passed away. The age was 73. According to sources, he breathed his last on Monday after a long illness. Tarek was suffering from cancer. Who was a staunch opponent of Islamic fundamentalism and terrorism? That is why he has come under the wrath of extremists from different parts of the world.

He did not hesitate to call himself the 'son of Hindustan'. Not only that, he always praised the BJP government. Tarek's daughter Natasha said on Twitter on Monday, "Lion of Punjab, son of Hindustan, lover of Canada, fighting for truth, justice, the voice of the poor and downtrodden (Tareq Fatah)." Tarek Fatah handed over his baton. But through those who knew him and loved him, that struggle will continue.'
