Then grind the tomato paste and add turmeric powder, chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, Kashmiri chili powder, salt, and little sugar. When the oil separates from the masala, add the cashew batter and coconut milk and boil it well with enough water. Finally spread ghee and ground garam masala on top. The shrimp dhoka is ready.
