Shrimp Dhoka recipe

To make shrimp fish dhoka, take shrimp fish, grated coconut, coconut milk, cashew paste, onion paste, chickpeas, ginger garlic paste, whole garam masala, bay leaf, dry chili, cumin powder, Kashmiri chili powder, tomato paste. To make shrimp fish dhoka, first, peel the shrimps and clean them well. After soaking the chickpeas for a few hours, heat the oil in a wok and fry it with a spoonful of onion batter and half a spoonful of ginger-garlic batter. Then take the shrimp batter, little salt, and grated coconut in a bowl and mix together, when the raw smell of onion disappears, add the shrimp batter.

After stirring well and frying for a while, add dalbata to it. Now mix well and once all the ingredients are mixed together, grease a plate and pour the mixture into it. After making dhoka by spreading it all over with a stick, now cut dhokla in barfi form from frozen shrimp mixture, heat oil in a pot, and add bay leaves, whole garam masala, dry chilies, and whole cumin seeds. Add onion batter when it starts to smell. When the raw smell of onion is gone, mix it with ginger-garlic batter and keep grinding. Then grind the tomato paste and add turmeric powder, chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, Kashmiri chili powder, salt, and little sugar. When the oil separates from the masala, add the cashew batter and coconut milk and boil it well with enough water. Finally spread ghee and ground garam masala on top. The shrimp dhoka is ready.
