Recipe to make watermelon ice cream at home

Ice cream and watermelon are two favorite foods in summer. But how would it feel if these two foods are available together as a new item? Watermelon ice cream is quite delicious in this summer. So let's read the recipe and make watermelon ice cream at home.

Ingredients:

Small pieces of watermelon - 4 cups

Full cream milk- 1/2 liter

Sugar- 6 tablespoons

Cornflower- 2 tbsp

 Fresh cream- 1 cup

Method:

Cook the watermelon cubes in a pan. When the water comes out completely, mash it well while cooking. It will be like jam. Remove the jam. Boil full cream milk in another pan. Pour all the sugar in it and keep stirring till the sugar melts. Take cornflour in a bowl and mix it well with little water. Pour the mixture into the milk on the stove and cook for 3-4 minutes.

When it thickens, take it out and keep it to cool. When cool, pour the watermelon jam into the milk mixture and mix well.Transfer the mixture to a container and refrigerate for 12 hours. After 12 hours, take the frozen mixture out of the fridge and grind it with a spatula. After grinding, grind 10 ml a piece well. Pour the cream into the beaten mixture and beat until well blended. Then take the mixture in a container for 6-7 hours. Refrigerate overnight.
