Take the Thai pieces of chicken and wash them well. Now put a little salt on it. If there is 1 kg of chicken then 100 grams of sesame should be taken. Now dry roast the sesame seeds in a dry pan. Make a paste of 15 cloves and garlic, five green chilies, and Adan. Add three spoons of oil to the pan and fry the onion. Meanwhile, stir in the chicken. This entire cooking will be done on low flame.
Let it fry covered. When the chicken is fried, add ginger, and garlic paste. Now make a paste with this sesame with 5 cashew nuts and little water. Rinse with very little water. When it becomes brown, add 2 spoons of fresh cream. Spread little roasted sesame seeds before cooking and the chicken is ready.
