You can make this snack at home in less time with very few ingredients. This is a great tasty recipe for everyone from kids to adults. To make Mary Biscuit Pudding you will need Mary Biscuit, eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla essence and water.

Method:-

If you want to make a pudding with 12 to 14 biscuits, you will need three eggs. Grind the biscuits well in the mixer grinder. Now break three eggs in it. Make a mixture of egg and biscuits in a mixer grinder.

 Blend well with sugar according to taste, one cup of liquid milk, vanilla essence in a mixer grinder. After all the ingredients are blended well, pour it into a bowl. Put 1/2 cup sugar and 1/4 cup water in a pot on gas and let it boil. Boil until the water boils and a golden liquid forms.

Now pour this sugar juice in a container and spread it well and keep it for some time. Then pour the biscuit mixture over it. Put a large pan on the gas and place the container with the biscuit mixture in it and close the pan with a lid. Now steam for 15 to 20 minutes and let the pudding get ready. Steaming for 15-20 minutes will make a delicious pudding. Now take it out of the pan and invert the pudding pot on a plate. Then Mary Biscuit Pudding will be ready.
