The reason is that there is almost no vaccine stock at this time. Keeping in mind the past experience, it has been decided that 5 lakh doses of Covishield and 75 thousand doses of Covaccine will be requested from the Centre. A health official associated with the corona vaccination program in the state said, 'There were no people getting vaccinated.

As a result, we sent them back to Delhi so that the vaccines that were in the warehouse did not expire. However, if the infection increases, the demand may increase, keeping in mind that we will apply for adequate vaccination to the center. Because, we have almost no vaccine.' He said that this week, a letter will be sent to the Union Health Ministry on behalf of Health Bhavan.
