According to Punjab National Bank, from now on, 10 rupees and additional GST will be charged for failed transactions. This rule will be effective from May 1. Punjab National Bank recently announced the new rules on its website. At the same time, bank customers are informed about this new charge by messaging. Punjab National Bank has issued a new guideline to prevent transaction failure at ATMs despite having sufficient balance in the bank account.

According to PNB, if a customer complains about a failed ATM transaction, the bank has 7 days of receiving the complaint.

It has been reported that the problem will be eliminated. At the same time, the bank's guidelines have also informed that if the customer's problem is not resolved within 30 days, then the bank will have to compensate the customer at the rate of Rs.100 per day.

In case of transaction failure, while using ATM, PNB customers can complain by calling Punjab National Bank toll-free number 1800180222 or 18001032222. You can also file a complaint on the bank's website.
