To get rid of the hassle of receiving spam calls, TRAI introduced a new system in May

Very busy at work, if you see it after the sudden ringing of the phone, even a cold-minded person can get an unwanted flare-up. Picking up the phone from an unknown number may sound like a telemarketer asking for a credit card, but the number of such phone calls often annoys us in our daily busyness.

These annoying calls are called 'spam calls'. Needless to say, we all get very annoyed with this daily barrage of 'spam calls'. People can easily get relief from the irritation of 'spam calls'. No matter which networks the customer belongs to, the network will get rid of 'spam calls'.

Since May, the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India has introduced a series of changes to prevent 'spam calls' and spam SMS, both from reaching consumers' phones. The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has mandated telemarketers for all telecom service providers in India. Till now these unwanted calls could be blocked by various third-party apps. The telecom authority has directed all companies to install artificial intelligence system spam filters in their phone call and message service providers so that nuisance calls and SMSs are stopped in the first place.

From May 1, TRAI itself took the initiative to prevent repeated calls from different numbers and harassment of customers.
