Make the raw mango pickle
You can make raw mango pickles without the hassle of putting them in the sun. Know how to make-
Cut the raw mango into small pieces. Grind 4 cups of mango pulp with 1 tablespoon of salt. Cover for 6 hours.
Make a special masala. For this, blend together 3 tablespoons of panchphodan, 4 tablespoons of mustard, 8 cloves of garlic, 2 inches of ginger, and 1/3 cup of vinegar. Do not use any type of water.
Drain the water from the mango pieces using a thin cotton cloth. Take them in a clean and dry bowl. Rub the mangoes with half a cup of mustard oil, green chili flakes, 3 whole Bombay chilies, blended masala, and half a teaspoon of turmeric powder. Knead again with half a cup of sugar. Cover for half an hour.
After half an hour, pour the pot pickle into a glass jar. Then after 7 days eat the pickled raw mango of your choice.
