Indian Railways is offering job opportunities in Sports Quota

Indian Railways has released a recruitment notification for various categories of sportspersons. Group C and Group D posts will be recruited in Central Railway. Interested applicants can apply under the 'Sports' quota.

The application process has already started for this vacancy. The last date for sending applications is 17 October. This vacancy can be applied online. According to the notification published by the Central Railway, a total of 62 vacancies will be filled. Group C has 21 vacancies, Group D has 41 vacancies.

Educational Qualification-

Applicants must have passed 10th or 12th standard from an educational institution recognized by the government to apply for this vacancy. A minimum of 50 percent marks should be obtained.

Age Limit-

Minimum age of applicants is 18 years and  maximum age of 25 years to apply for this vacancy.

Application Fee-

Applicants have to submit an application fee of 500 rupees to apply for this vacancy. However, in the case of applicants belonging to the caste, tribal, women, minority, and economically backward categories, an application fee of Tk 250 has to be submitted.
