In the list of richest cities published in the world, what is the number of Kolkata?

It has recently been published how many cities the world's richest people live in. New York tops the list in the world. And within the country, that title has been won by Mumbai, followed by Tokyo in second place, and San Francisco in third place. But there is no city close to New York!

According to a survey by a company called Henley and Partners, the total number of millionaires living in New York City is 3 lakh 40 thousand!

A total of 290 thousand millionaires live in Tokyo, which is in second place on the list. In third place, there are 2 lakh 85 thousand millionaires in the city of San Francisco! Mumbai is the most wealthy city in India. 59 thousand millionaires live there. This number is expected to double within the next decade.

However, although Mumbai is the richest city in India, Mumbai is not even on the list of the top 20 richest cities in the world. Mumbai is ranked 21st. Delhi and Bangalore are far behind.

Kolkata was not included in this survey. Other cities in India are not named.

London is in fourth place. Today the total number of millionaires living in London is 2 lakh 58 thousand.

Singapore and China's two cities, Beijing and Shanghai, ranked fifth on the list. The US 'The Bay Area', 'Los Angeles' and 'Chicago' also made the top 20. But not only millionaires, New York tops the list of billionaires. A total of 724 billionaires live in New York.
