Again the Covid rules are applied in the Calcutta High Court

Due to the fear of Corona infection, Corona rules are going to be applied again in Calcutta High Court. The High Court administration issued a notification in this regard on Wednesday. On this day, a notification has been issued by the Registrar General of the High Court. Incidentally, Corona is gradually taking a terrible shape across the country. A few days ago, five judges of the Supreme Court (Supreme Court) were infected with Corona.

It has been informed by the court (Calcutta High Court), the number of corona infections is increasing across the country as well as the state. Therefore, Corona rules are being introduced in court again. From now on in the court, from lawyers to trial candidates and court staff, all must use mask sanitizer. Everyone should keep social distance. During the hearing of the case, there shall be no undesired crowding across the courtrooms. Also, body temperature should be taken while entering the court. It has also been informed that the rooms of the association will have to be vacated after a certain period of time. 

A few days ago, five judges of the Supreme Court (Supreme Court) were infected with Corona. The interim judges include Justice Rabindra S Bhat, Justice Sanjeev Khanna, Justice Aniruddha Bose, Justice JB Pardiwala, and Manoj Mishra. Many benches of the Supreme Court had to be reshuffled as five judges were infected with Corona. The hearing of several cases has been delayed. However, no one has been infected with corona in Calcutta High Court so far. However, the court wants to take precautionary measures from now on.
